Christopher Ebikebena Associate
Christopher holds the position of an Associate at Rhizome Consulting with a growing interest in organisational development, human capital solutions, digital innovation, climate policy, energy transitions, and public sector innovation. He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Political Science from the University of Jos (2023) and has spent the last five years working in the non-profit and development sector across Nigeria.
His experience spans education, health, digital literacy, gender advocacy, climate change, peacebuilding, and inclusive development.
Christopher has led and supported projects focused on bridging educational gaps, promoting literacy in underserved communities, and advocating for inclusive governance and social justice. At Rhizome, he contributes to research and strategy development, particularly in organisational development, climate policy, and institutional strengthening.
Known for his problem-solving mindset, collaborative approach, and commitment to meaningful impact, Christopher is passionate about using policy and innovation to drive equitable development in Nigeria and beyond.
