Ugochukwu is an Organisational Development (OD) and Talent Management Certified Professional with several years of consulting experience in OD. His personal quest for a systematic way and process for understanding and approaching organisational problems marked his journey in OD.
His expertise in the field OD, Talent Management, Capacity Building, and Project Management had availed him Project Lead roles for various projects such as the Customer Service Experience improvement project of Bakor Medical Center, Calabar, Cross River State Nigeria; the development of the strategic project document for The Knowledge Development Center, Benson Idahosa University, Benin City; The Road Map for Cross River State Signage and Advertisement Agency (CRISSAA) Project on behalf of ADSTRAT BMC Limited, the Planning and delivery the School-Based Oral Health Programme for the PCA Oral Health Foundation based in the United States of America.
He has also been part of developing and delivering various training programmes. He was certified by the Institute of OD, Florida U.S.A, and had previously served as the country business manager for the Institute. He recently included Continuous Improvement to his practice and is currently undertaking his training and certification programme for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner.
In his consulting experience, he has served as Senior Consultant with ADSTRAT Brand Management Consultants Ltd based in Lagos, Country Support and Engagement Manager for Sociocapital Impact Group in Abuja and currently People and Organisational Solutions for Rhizome Consulting, Abuja. His undying love for Community and Youth Development had him start a youth Football Club called Benson Idahosa FC, in a community where he worked for 8 years in Calabar, Cross River State. Ugo holds a Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies from University of Ibadan, and speaks every week in diverse audiences empowering and training young people.
