With an extensive track record spanning over seventeen years across the public, private, and development sectors, Yetunde, is a passionate environmental enthusiast and founder of Rhizome Consulting. She is a distinguished expert in change management, culture transformation, succession planning, executive recruitment and selection, performance management, and organisation development. Her expertise extends to HR due diligence, as well as defining and implementing HR systems and processes.
Leveraging her rich experience, Yetunde strategically applies her skills to drive positive change, leaving an indelible mark on diverse projects and organisations. Notable achievements include conducting a Human Resource Audit for the Kofi Annan International Peace Keeping Training Center, overseeing a review of the Joint Financing Arrangement for the African Union Commission, and leading a survey on entrepreneurial training in Nasarawa State, Nigeria.
Yetunde holds a Master's in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and a B.Sc in Sociology from the University of Lagos. As an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, she brings a wealth of academic insight to complement her practical expertise.
